I received excellent customer service at Shine ! Their delightful reception staff are most welcoming to new patients. The dental nurses , and both dentists Dee and Tobias who I have seen are incredibly professional in their approach. I had complicated gum graft surgery yet their care was both reassuring and outstanding. I am very impressed with the results . Thank you !

Dee and the rest of team at Shine Dental Surgery, Ripponden are amazing.Going to the dentist is something i avoided until i really needed to go as i was so apprehensive. I was this way since my early years but since starting at Shine this has been totally reversed.Dee puts you totally at ease and explains each stage of your treatment so there are no surprises. The surgery is open and bright lending itself to making you more relaxed pre treatment. The same could be said of the treatment rooms.Costs are always a concern with dentists today, i have found Shine to be comparable with other dentists and the costs are outlined right from the start, so no surprises.I have recommended Shine to friends and family so wouldn't hesitate in recommending it to anyone else.

Fearful of my forthcoming tooth extraction I arrived at Shine anxious! Absolutely no fear needed. Greeted by lovely receptionist and the dentist and nurse were wonderful. All went well and I would like to assure anyone - do not worry you will be treated with great care and consideration.

A very caring practice.The staff are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They listen and advise, putting you at ease as soon as you enter their door. I personally am not a 'fan' of going to the dentist but even I feel that I am in safe hands when I visit the practice. Thank you to all the staff at Shine.Sue H.

Not my usual dentist but was seen as an emergency after suffering with agonising pain. So impressed with the service. The tooth was treated. I left with great aftercare advice, antibiotics and most importantly pain free. Would definitely recommend. Was able to book the appointment on line too.

Amazing, this sums up this wonderful dental practice, was able to book for same day appointment. Dee was so patient and understanding, as a nervous patient who hadn’t visited dentist, due to denta-phobia! She made me feel at ease and explained the full process to me, and a plan has been put in place for me to get my oral health on track.

The team at Shine Dental are amazing. 5* service. I took my 1 year old, Esme, to see Dee for her first ever trip to the dentist. Dee was fantastic with her, fun, engaging, thorough and most importantly patient. After Esme’s check up it was my turn for a check & clean. Ash came to the rescue when Esme was unsettled and kept her company, I was nervous taking my baby to my appointment but I didn’t feel rushed or uncomfortable for having Esme sit through my appointment too. All the team were brilliant. Thank you!

My first time here and going private. I'm not usiallly a fan of visiting the dentist, but the staff at Shine made my visit an enjoyable experience. Helpful reception check in, and a very friendly dentist has given me a new take on visitong the dentist.

I’ve been attending the practice for many years & have always been happy with the treatment and service. I had an appointment with Dee a few weeks ago as I was interested in composite bonding. She fully explained the process and advised me as to the best way forward. I agreed with her recommendation and the treatment took place after a short while. From my point of view the outcome is amazing - very natural and some of my friends haven’t even noticed the difference until it was pointed out to them ! The before and after pictures show the difference. Dee and her staff have been fabulous throughout - very attentive and caring and I would highly recommend them and the treatment

Very friendly and approachable staff. Modern and clean facilities . Dee is a very gentle, dextrous and efficient dentist. Everything is explained clearly and patient comfort and care is foremost. I had a crown and veneer replaced and they look perfect . Thank you to all at Shine Dental Ripponden.

Much cheaper to see hygienist here than MyDentist in Halifax. Convenient appointment times (early mornings and evenings!) and free on road parking. Reception staff friendly and helpful and the place itself is welcoming and treatment is very good. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Shine Dental! From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed and at ease. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I have been with Shine since it moved into Ripponden many years ago now. It's a lovely fresh, bright and clean facility and every dentist, hygienist and member of staff I've met there has been great. I would certainly highly recommend this surgery to anyone - if they still have patient vacancies.

I have attended Shine Dental Surgery since it opened. I have always been impressed by their standards in both professional and interpersonal.Over the years their standard of service has been impeccable. Their explanation of procedures and options has always been clear and they are very patient, explaining aspects of treatments, in my case many times, ensuring I understood what was happening and what to expect. Having had some negative experiences with other dentists I'm always fearful of any dentist. But shine are really nice, very friendly, make you feel at ease and it's a beautiful surgery to visit. My daughters love going too as they're always made to giggle and get stickers.

First visit to see Dee at Shine. She was lovely, gave my mouth and teeth a thorough check over and took some x-rays. She reassured me that my teeth look fine at the moment but she would keep an eye on a couple of things. I feel reassured that I've had a thorough check up and will be looked after extremely well going forward. I'm so glad I've signed up to the dental plan as that gives me piece of mind that I can keep on top of my oral health in the future. Thank you to everyone at shine, you all do an amazing job. 😁

Having not visited the dentist for 10 years having a phobia I required a deep clean. I was made to feel very comfortable and experienced no pain at all even when receiving the injections. I am far less apprehensive about my next appointment in a weeks time. Very happy with the whole experience and highly recommend!
